What Sketchy People D&D Can Do for You:

Welcome to Sketchy People Design and Development House. Sketchy People is a collaboration of strangely talented individuals who’s primary goal is to create something NEW for your company. It doesn’t matter to our team if you bring your own elements and ideas to the table. We are excited to work with your ideas and help you develop them. How can we achieve these amazing feats of technological fluidity you may ask? First, we don’t use templates, or farm out tasks, our amazing team builds every inch of your project using custom and adapted code. We make projects from scratch, and build upon your existing thoughts and concepts using our team’s well developed collection of strangely useful skillsets. In the end, we guarantee that your projects will be uniquely created from our house to your own.

We Create Projects From Scratch:

In the boom of the web and mobile template, and downloadable graphic, you may wonder why any company would take on such an exhaustive task? Well, our team of creative individuals wants to help improve the future of technology one project at a time. In short, we are tired of seeing cookie cutter projects float by creating no inspiration to the target audience. We want to see a future in technology where each project takes on a voice of its own. This cannot be achieved with the DIY materials you may be tempted to use on the net. Templates don’t care about the consumer voice, downloadable graphics won’t express the identity achievable through creating your own, and app builders don’t function the way that we want them to. In short, our team would like to help you build personalized projects that will stand out from the DIYers of the web world.

Stacey Weber

Stacey Weber

Web Developer/Graphic Designer

About Stacey Weber:

My name is Stacey Weber, and I have been drawing since I was old enough to hold a pencil. My father worked in a print shop, and extra paper was always accessible to me. When I was young my mother sent me to art school where I learned the fundamental lessons that are relevant to my career today. I grew up learning DOS shell, and because of this knowledge web coding came pretty easily to me. I am a self professed introvert and in the time that I spend in solitude I create. It is my passion to physically create the beauty that I see in my mind, and to share that gift with others. I am a graduate of Full Sail University's Bachelor of Graphic Design Program.

In my spare time I enjoy rummaging through thrift stores and picking up items that no one sees as beautiful, and transfoming them. When I am done, often I return these items to the trift store and watch my community purchase them.

I am passionate about advocating for persons with special needs or accomodations. I believe when a person is different than yourself they often can provide you with a World view you could never see from your own eyes.

James Snelling

James Snelling

Mobile Developer

About James Snelling:

My name is James and I’m a computer geek. I’ve dabbled in computers since I was young, but in recent years have decided to strengthen my skills and make a career out of this talent. I am a graduate of Full Sail University’s Bachelor’s Degree program for Mobile Development. Since then, I have worked towards mastery of several different programming languages that encompass more than just Mobile Development. These languages include C#, Swift, Java, MySQL, and XML which allow me to program for Windows, iOS, and Android. On top of programming and software development, I can build, repair, and maintain computers both laptop and desktop. In addition to this, I can also repair many modern phones and tablets. I’m well versed in troubleshooting Windows, Android, Linux, iOS, and macOS and I have a few Frankensteined computers to prove that. Basically, I’m pretty good at taking things apart, figuring out why they don’t work, and putting them back together.

About Adam Cohen:

I am Filmographer with focus on Directing, Editing, Writing, and Acting. I am a huge film buff! I am proficient with the Hollywood standard editing software: Avid Media Composer, Adobe Photoshop, SKetchup, and Pro Tools to name a few.

I am well versed in many types of genres. I am passionate about a variety of film styles, which helps me to understand what my clients wish me to create. I live to bring joy and laughter through my films, and promote positive thinking like a disease through our society. This in turn will infect the rest of the world with my brand of positivity. I love hearing people's stories, and I find them to be an inspiration for my projects.

My life in many ways has been touched by cancer, and I feel that cancer research and awareness creates a driving force for my work. This is something I'm passionate about and strongly advocate for.

Juan Mendez

Juan Mendez

Web Developer/Graphic Designer

About Juan Mendez:

My name is Juan Mendez but most people know me as “ Cebolla. ” I was born in El Salvador in 1975, and I have attended an American school since 1st grade. I have travelled all over Central America and in 1992 drove from San Francisco to El Salvador in 7 days and nights. Prior to studying Design, I owned my own surf tours company and surf shop. This is when I met my Chico born and raised wife on a beach in El Salvador. When she moved back to Chico in 2012, I commuted for 2 years in between countries till finally moving with my family 2014.

My approach to photography goes hand in hand with travel and exploration, and allows me to capture a memory instantly. This passion started with my love for nature and it’s ever evolving beauty. I love to capture things, and when I say "things" I mean anything that catches my eye. I like people and their interactions with one another and the environment. My goal is to make photographs that draw viewers' eyes, and captures their minds. I love passion, and I am dedicated to the stoke captured in extreme sports. I believe in freedom, although everyone is in some way a prisoner of their own reality and soul. I'm a storyteller who uses images; my compositions are the clash between being raised in the 3rd world and trying to live in the 1st. Photography to me is a way of feeling; of touching, documenting, and capturing frames that hopefully will last forever. These images assist in remembering smiles, details, smells, and places long after you have forgotten everything. I am a graduate of Full Sail University's Bachelor of Graphic Design Program.
